Fount of Wisdom Publishing

Fount of Wisdom Publishing House was established in 2004 by Mr. Stephen Westergren as an inter-denominational Christian publishing house in Cambodia, located in the capital city of Phnom Penh, in order to address the needs of the Cambodian Church through producing excellent and relevant Cambodian language books and to even contribute towards influencing the general society by coordinating the training of Christian writers and editors from the wider Christian community and its own staff.

Our Vision statement: "To help Cambodian church grow in Faith, Trust, Love and Services to Jesus Christ through excellent literature for the Glory of God."

Our Mission statement: "To Publish and Distribute biblical and socially relevant literature strengthen Church's Leaders and to edify believers towards Christ likeness."

The number of believers in Cambodia has grown from 200 to approximately 250,000 in less than 20 years. Unfortunately, this growing church is not being discipled adequately nor being educated sufficiently about the role of the church for it lacks appropriate discipleship, theological, historical, parenting, marriage, youth, leadership materials needed for new believers, leaders and other in our society. The Church in Cambodia grew so fast that believers were thrust into leadership roles before truly understanding what it means to be a disciple of Christ and to understand the role and context of church in history and society. As a result, so many leaders and believers as a whole lack the understanding of being a disciple of Christ and being part of the church. Recognizing this enormous need, FoW seeks to step in the gap to provide discipleship material with church history material being an essential part of discipling leaders and believers.
